TIFA Support Services is seeking a compassionate and proactive female Mental Health Support Worker to provide social and emotional support to an independent participant in her 20s.

The participant would ideally like a support worker close to her own age, with shared interests and a similar outlook, to help build a natural, genuine connection. She is easygoing, friendly, and values positive companionship. She does not require personal care or assistance with daily living tasks. This role focuses on companionship, mental health support, and enjoying community life together.

About the Role

- Providing companionship and meaningful social support

- Supporting mental health wellbeing with empathy and consistency

- Attending community activities and appointments

- Encouraging engagement in hobbies and everyday routines

Hours

- Two days a week, worker must be available either Mon, Wed, Fri depending on participant request.





- Potential for additional shifts, including weekends.

About You The Participant is looking for a female support worker who is:

- Outgoing, empathetic, and kind

- Sociable and confident in building rapport

- Patient and understanding of mental health needs

- Consistent, reliable, and committed long term

Experience in mental health support is highly regarded, but we welcome applications from candidates with the right values, empathy, and willingness to learn.
