As part of our ongoing growth, we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contaminated Land Skilled with 2-5 years of directly relevant experience in contaminated land investigation and management to join our Brisbane team. The role will involve working on a wide range of projects including high-rise commercial and residential building developments, large industrial and infrastructure projects, and complex built and natural environment challenges.
As an experienced professional, you will be involved in undertaking consulting work across all aspects of the business including proposal writing, field work, and reporting. You will also be involved in mentoring junior staff, providing technical advice, and liaising with clients, contractors, Contaminated Land Auditors,
and Regulators. Our multi-disciplinary consultancy will give you great exposure to all aspects of the contaminated land and geo-environmental industry, and you will be encouraged to develop your professional skills through participation in industry focused training.
The successful applicant will possess:
· tertiary qualification in environmental / civil engineering or environmental science / geology (or closely related);
· 2-5 years of experience in the contaminated land profession, demonstrating practical application of technical knowledge;
· excellent written and verbal communication skills;
· exceptional attention to detail;
· excellent time management skills and ability to meet commitments;
· the ability to work autonomously and in a team; and
· the ability to work in a collaborative workplace environment.
