The Mobilisation Administrator will lead, manage and maintain the administration of worker mobilisations in INX +Process, ensuring compliance, medical and travel requirements are completed for a seamless site deployment to Mardie Site.

We are rapidly progressing the Mardie Salt Operation and Potash Project (Mardie Operation), a tier 1 solar evaporation project that will supply high-purity industrial salt and sulphate of potash (SOP) for more than 60 years.

The Role The Mobilisation Administrator will oversee the end-to-end mobilisation process for employees and contractors, including managing the Mobilisations inbox, coordinating onboarding through INX +Process and ensuring all queries are addressed promptly and efficiently. You will champion compliance with mobilisation procedures, even in time-sensitive situations, while continuously reviewing and improving processes to ensure they remain effective and fit for purpose.
The Mobilisation
Administrator will involve building strong relationships with contractors,
providing guidance on mobilisation requirements and working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
You will also be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements for site personnel and managing all corporate travel bookings, including flights, hire cars and accommodation. Working collaboratively with Procurement, the Site Senior Executive, Health and Safety and our Site Administrators, you will monitor mobilisation statistics and costs, assess external provider performance and proactively address any issues. In addition, you will maintain and update relevant templates, forms and procedures to support efficient, consistent and compliant mobilisation practices.
About You:
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 5 years' mobilisation experience within the mining and resources sector.
- Proficient with INX +Process and Inflight software.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams Outlook & SharePoint).
- Comfortable using SharePoint for storing and managing documents.
- Familiarity with digital forms and mobile app-based workflows (e.g. JotForms, QR site based access systems) is highly desirable
The successful candidate will be required to provide a national police clearance that is not older than 6 months. You must have current unrestricted working rights for Australia to be eligible for consideration.
