? Lead with Purpose, Deliver with Impact
At Austep, we believe real success balances people, planet, and places alongside profit.
As our Multi-trade Energy Efficiency Project Manager, you won’t just deliver projects. You’ll orchestrate complex multi-trade solutions that drive measurable impact. With your technical expertise and leadership, you’ll ensure every upgrade is more than a project: it’s a step toward a sustainable future.
We also believe in delivering extra value to our people. From meditation, free massages, and yoga, to ongoing training and the chance to choose the charities we donate to, our culture is built on wellbeing, growth, and purpose.
This role is designed with progression in mind. A high-performing Project Manager will have the opportunity to grow into the Operations Manager role, stepping into broader leadership and strategy responsibilities as Austep continues to expand.
If you’re a project leader ready to elevate teams, manage multi-trade delivery, and carry forward a mission bigger than profit, this is where you belong.
COMPANY PROFILE
