Aztec Management Group is currently recruiting experienced, professional and licensed Security Officers to join our growing NSW operations across the Sydney CBD and surrounding suburbs.
We have multiple opportunities available for candidates seeking full-time employment, permanent relief work or casual corporate event security.
Positions Available
6 x Full-Time Security Officer Positions - Immediate start opportunities across a number of corporate security sites within Sydney and surrounding suburbs.
10 x Permanent Relief Security Officer Positions - Immediate start with a minimum of 84 hours per fortnight, working across a rotating 4 days on, 4 days off roster.
These positions are ideal for experienced Security Officers seeking consistent hours, roster stability and ongoing permanent employment.
15 x Casual Corporate Event Security Officer Positions - We are also recruiting Security Officers to support private corporate functions and VIP client events.
These are professional corporate environments and are not pub, nightclub or licensed venue security roles.
Successful applicants will be expected to provide a high level of customer service, professionalism, discretion and presentation while representing Aztec Management Group and our clients.

About You
We are looking for experienced Security Officers who are professional, reliable and confident working within corporate environments.
Successful applicants must be able to communicate effectively with clients, staff and members of the public while maintaining a professional and approachable presence.
Essential Requirements
- ✅ Current NSW Class 1A Security Licence
- ✅ Current First Aid Certificate – HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
- ✅ Current CPR Certificate – HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
- ✅ Current RSA - Preferred for Corporate Function Events
- Minimum 1 year security industry experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong situational awareness and a proactive approach to security
- High standard of personal presentation and grooming
- Robust customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Suitable smartphone capable of operating company applications while on duty
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Previous experience within corporate security, concierge, commercial property, high-profile sites or VIP/corporate events will be highly regarded.
