We are seeking reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our night shift cleaning team at our Grantham facility. This is a hands-on role where you will help maintain the high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety required across our operation.

About the Role

As a Night Shift Cleaner, you will be responsible for completing a range of cleaning and sanitation duties throughout the facility. Working as part of our dedicated cleaning team, you will help ensure production areas, equipment and workspaces are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised in preparation for the next production shift.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical, physical work, takes pride in maintaining high standards and works well as part of a team.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Cleaning & Sanitation: Complete thorough cleaning and sanitising of production areas, equiptment and workspaces
- Hygiene Standards: Follow all required food safety, hygiene and sanitation procedures
- Cleaning Equipment: Safely use cleaning equipment,



chemicals and other cleaning products as required
- Quality Standards: Ensure allocated areas are cleaned thoroughly and meet Stanbroke's required standards
- Production Readiness: Help ensure all required areas are clean, sanitised and ready for production

Who We are Looking For

- Reliable: Someone who can consistently attend rostered night shifts and be ready to work
- Hardworking: Comfortable undertaking physical and hands-on cleaning duties
- Attention to Detail: Takes pride in completing cleaning tasks thoroughly and to a high standard
- Safety Focused: Understands theimportance of following safety, hygiene and food safety procedures
- Team Player: Works well with others and contributes positively to the team
- Cleaning Experience: Previous industrial or food production cleaning experience is highly regarded but not essential
- Night Shift Availability: Must be able to reliably work the required night shift hours
