Your Staff Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Maintenance Fitter for a permanent night shift position with a well established food manufacturing facility in Western Sydney. This is a hands-on maintenance role working across production machinery and plant equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.

WHAT'S ON OFFER



- Permanent position
- $65 per hour effective night shift rate
- Potential for overtime
- Consistent night shift
- 11pm - 7am - Sunday - Thursday

THE ROLE

- Preventative and breakdown maintenance
- Fault finding and troubleshooting mechanical issues
- Repairs and maintenance of production machinery
- Responding to equipment breakdowns to minimise downtime
- Identifying recurring faults and maintenance issues
- Working safely within site and food manufacturing procedures




- Working autonomously as part of the night shift maintenance team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter
- Experience maintaining production or manufacturing equipment
- FMCG or food manufacturing experience highly regarded
- Must be okay working in raw food processing environment
- Comfortable working permanent night shift
