Dragonfly International is seeking an Operations Supervisor for its Salisbury delivery hub.
You will lead the PM shift, drive station performance, and ensure secure, productive parcel lifecycle operations including dispatch, returns, and route optimization.
You will coach warehouse staff and drivers, monitor safety and compliance, and collaborate with the Station Manager to meet operational and financial targets.
This role runs Wednesday–Saturday, 5:00pm–3:00am.
