Rate: Up to $110 p.h + super

The Role An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced EUC Lead - Microsoft 365 Collaboration, Migration & Hypercare to lead the design, migration, enablement ad support of Microsoft 365 productivity services across a complex enterprise environment.

Working closely with business stakeholders, architects, identity teams, messaging specialists and deployment resources, you will be responsible for delivering Microsoft 365 collaboration capabilities, user onboarding strategies, rollout activities and hypercare support to ensure successful adoption across the organisation.

Duties / Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration services
- Design and configure Exchange Online, mail routing, tenant coexistence and shared namespace capabilities
- Define mailbox migration, mail flow and collaboration service onboarding approaches
- Lead the enablement of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Microsoft 365 Apps
- Support shared email domain and cross-tenant collaboration solutions where required
- Coordinate end-user onboarding, communications, rollout and adoption activities




- Develop migration, deployment, cutover and transition strategies for Microsoft 365 services

What Our Client Requires

Essential Experience

- Solid experience delivering Microsoft 365 collaboration and messaging solutions
- Deep expertise across Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 tenant services
- Proven Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Microsoft 365 Apps deployment experience
- Strong knowledge of mail flow, mail routing and Exchange Online coexistence solutions
- Experience designing shared SMTP namespaces and cross-tenant collaboration capabilities
- Microsoft Entra ID experience within enterprise environments
- Proven track record delivering large-scale user migration and onboarding programs
- Experience managing cutover, release management and hypercare activities
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Existing AGSVA NV1 security clearance (minimum)
