EddenRose Community Services is a registered NDIS provider supporting participants across Melbourne with disability and community-based services.
We are expanding our therapeutic supports capability and are seeking an experienced, appropriately qualified Occupational Therapist to join our growing team.
This opportunity would suit an OT who values person-centred practice, professional autonomy, collaborative multidisciplinary work and flexible service delivery.
About the Role The Occupational Therapist will provide high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic supports to NDIS participants in accordance with their individual goals, needs and funding.
Responsibilities may include
- Functional Capacity Assessments
- Occupational therapy assessments and interventions
- Assistive technology assessments and recommendations
- Home and living assessments
- Independent living skills development
- Environmental and equipment recommendations
- Progress reports and NDIS review reports
- Collaboration with participants, families, Support Coordinators and other treating professionals
- Maintaining clear and professional clinical documentation
- Participating in clinical supervision, career development and quality improvement activities
Essential Requirements
Applicants must have
- A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or eligibility to obtain one
- Current National Police Check
- Current Working with Children Check where applicable
- Professional indemnity insurance where required
- Strong written communication and clinical documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Commitment to person-centred, rights-based and evidence-informed practice

- Assistive Technology
- Home and Living assessments
- Supported Independent Living
- Psychosocial disability
- Neurological disability
- Autism
- Complex physical disability
Engagement This position may be offered on a casual employment or contractor basis, depending on experience and suitability.
EddenRose is currently progressing its registration for NDIS Registration Group 0128 – Therapeutic Supports.
Clinical service delivery under this registration group will commence once the relevant NDIS registration requirements have been completed and approved.
The successful applicant may complete onboarding, credential verification and service preparation prior to commencement of participant-facing therapeutic services.
