Role Description This full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role is based in Victoria, Australia.

The Occupational

Therapist will assess clients’ physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to improve daily functioning and quality of life. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting clinical evaluations, documenting progress, collaborating with multidisciplinary medical and rehabilitation teams, and educating clients and families on strategies to enhance independence and safety. The role may involve working with diverse client populations, including children, adults, and older persons, across community, clinical,



and home-based settings.

The Occupational

Therapist will also participate in care planning, case reviews, and continuous professional development to ensure high-quality, client-centered care.

Qualifications

- Strong clinical skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and deliver individualized treatment plans.
- Foundational knowledge of Medicine and healthcare practices relevant to multidisciplinary care and safe clinical decision-making.
- Excellent Communication abilities for working with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams, including clear documentation and education.
- Experience or interest in Pediatrics, with skills in supporting children and their caregivers to achieve developmental and functional goals.
- Recognized qualification in Occupational Therapy and current or eligible registration/licensure with the appropriate qualified body in Australia.
- Experience in clinical or community-based occupational therapy settings, preferably within Australia or similar healthcare systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary environments and adapt interventions to cultural, social, and environmental contexts.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, ethical practice, and adherence to relevant clinical and regulatory standards.
