About the role

We’re looking for an Operations Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced business environment. You’ll support order and contract processing, data management, compliance coordination, and sales forecasting, while working closely with the team to keep our day-to-day operations smooth, accurate, and productive.

Key Responsibilities

- Supported contract and order processing, including generating delivery notes (DNs) and assisting in purchase order (PO) management.
- Assisted in data management, including organizing distributor forecast reports and ensuring CEC government platform compliance.
- Responsible for collecting, reviewing, and consolidating monthly sales forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.

Requirements

- Students majoring in Business, Commerce, Accounting, or other related fields.
- Strong communication and Excel skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
