We are seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the day-to-day experience of Eir Liv.

Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role for an experienced operator who understands that exceptional operations are felt rather than simply seen. At Eir Liv, every detail contributes to the experience — from the way the facility operates behind the scenes to the way each member is welcomed, supported and cared for.

You will lead the operational rhythm of Eir Liv, bringing together the people, systems, standards and practices that underpin an exceptional member experience. Your remit will span team leadership, service delivery, facilities, safety, risk and compliance, operational processes and the broader member journey.

You will bring structure, consistency and accountability to the operation while remaining closely connected to the floor, our members and the team. This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable setting the standard, refining the detail and stepping in when needed to ensure the experience is seamless.

Experience within luxury wellness, longevity, high-end hospitality, premium spas, health clubs or private members’ clubs will be highly regarded, particularly where discretion, personalisation and an uncompromising attention to detail are central to the experience.

You are a composed, naturally warm and confident leader who combines operational discipline with intuitive hospitality. You know how to create clarity, build trust and develop people, while fostering a culture where high standards feel natural rather than imposed.

The successful candidate will bring:





- Strong operational and facility management experience, ideally within a premium hospitality, wellness, lifestyle, private club or member-focused environment.
- Proven people leadership, with experience building, coaching and developing high-performing teams and creating a culture of accountability, trust and service excellence.
- A refined understanding of service delivery, with the ability to establish and maintain consistently high standards across every aspect of the member experience.
- Strong commercial acumen, including experience across budgets, cost management, suppliers and external partners, balancing operational efficiency with an uncompromising commitment to quality.
- Sound knowledge of health, safety, risk and regulatory compliance, with the ability to ensure a sophisticated, public-facing facility operates safely and responsibly.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence, discretion and maturity to work effectively with senior leadership, members, team members and external partners.
- Strong digital and operational capability, with confidence across systems supporting bookings, scheduling, reporting, inventory, workflows and facility management.
- A calm and solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to manage complexity, anticipate challenges and make considered decisions while maintaining a high standard of execution.
- A genuine appreciation for luxury hospitality, wellness and personalised member experiences, together with an instinctive eye for detail and the thoughtful touches that elevate an experience from excellent to exceptional.
