Lindsay Fresh, part of the Lindsay Australia Group, provides a range of logistics services including transhipping, ripening, produce storage, cross-docking, fumigation and import/export services.

Based within the Brisbane Markets at Rocklea, this role is responsible for overseeing a team of up to 20 drivers and ensuring runs are efficiently allocated, scheduled and delivered in a fast-paced, time-sensitive transport environment.

This is a Monday to Friday dayshift position, giving you the opportunity to lead a team and make a real impact on the day-to-day operation.

What You’ll Do:

- Supervise drivers and provide clear direction across daily transport operations

- Plan, allocate and adjust runs to meet customer, operational and delivery requirements

- Coordinate driver rosters, start times and vehicle availability

- Monitor delivery progress, respond to delays and communicate changes to drivers and stakeholders

- Ensure timeslot, fatigue management, safety and transport compliance requirements are met

- Complete operational paperwork, system updates and reporting accurately and on time

- Lead by example and support a positive, accountable team culture

- Ensure the safe conduct of transport operations in the workplace

What You’ll Bring:

- Previous experience in transport operations, fleet coordination, allocation or supervision

- Demonstrated experience allocating runs,



scheduling drivers and responding to changing priorities

- Sound knowledge of transport safety, fatigue management and compliance requirements

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively lead and manage drivers

- Strong planning and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

- Flexibility and resilience, with the ability to manage changing priorities

- Solid computer skills and confidence using transport or scheduling systems

- Well-developed communication and problem-solving skills
