Uniting St Columba's in NSW is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our aged care team. The role requires a minimum of 2 years' aged care experience and current AHPRA registration, with a focus on person-centred care and clinical leadership.
You will develop, deliver and evaluate care plans, oversee clinical services, liaise with medical staff and families, and support Personal Care Workers to ensure residents' needs and goals are met, in a supportive, values-driven workplace.
