We're looking for an Australian-based sales professional who knows how to pick up the phone, create opportunities and close deals.

This is a hands-on outbound sales role where you'll take ownership of building your pipeline, speaking with prospective customers, handling objections, following up and converting opportunities into revenue.

This isn't an account management role.

We're not looking for someone who waits for warm leads to arrive.

We're looking for someone who enjoys finding opportunities, starting conversations and winning business.

What You'll Do

- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers and partners.

- Build and manage your own sales pipeline.

- Research and identify new prospects.

- Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales process.

- Qualify prospects and identify genuine opportunities.

- Build rapport and establish trust quickly over the phone.

- Handle objections and keep conversations moving forward.

- Create urgency and clearly communicate the value of the opportunity.

- Ask for the business and confidently close.

- Take or facilitate payments where required.

- Keep accurate activity and notes in our CRM.

- Work towards clear sales, activity and revenue targets.

Build Your Own Pipeline

A key part of this role is being able to find your own opportunities.

You won't simply be handed a list of warm leads every morning.

You'll be expected to research and identify potential prospects using tools and resources such as:

- LinkedIn

- Google and online research

- Industry directories

- Business databases

- CRM and prospecting tools

- Other relevant lead-generation sources

If you can take a target market, identify the right people, build a prospect list and start calling — that's exactly the mindset we're looking for.
