Nomad Brewing Co is the oldest independent craft brewery on Sydney's Northern Beaches. We're a small, hands on team that takes pride in making great beer and looking after our customers, from local venues to independent bottle shops.
The Role
This is a varied, practical role for someone who likes being on the move and doing different things each day. You'll split your time between packaging, local deliveries and preparing drinks batches, supporting our brewers and keeping product flowing out the door.
Key Responsibilities
Packaging
- Assist with packaging runs, including kegging, canning and bottling
- Pack, label, palletise and wrap orders accurately
- Keep the packaging area clean, organised and compliant with hygiene and safety standards
- Help with stock counts and keep inventory records up to date
Delivery
- Load and deliver kegs, cartons and pallets to venues, bottle shops and customers across Sydney
- Plan effective delivery routes and communicate any delays or issues
- Collect empty kegs and returns
- Represent Nomad professionally with customers and get delivery paperwork signed off
Drinks Mixing
- Prepare and blend beverage batches to set recipes and specifications
- Measure,
mix and transfer ingredients accurately and consistently
- Record batch details and follow quality control and cleaning procedures
- Support the brewing team with cellar tasks as needed
About You
Essential
- Current NSW driver's licence (C class) with a clean driving record
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable with physical work, including lifting kegs and cartons
- Attention to detail and a willingness to follow procedures
- Good communication skills and a customer-friendly manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Ability to lift heavy 50L kegs safely
- Right to work in Australia
Desirable
- Forklift licence (LF)
- RSA certification
- Experience in a brewery, distillery, warehouse, hospitality or beverage production setting
- Basic understanding of food safety and cleaning-in-place practices

Pay: $26.44 – $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 14.0 – 21.0 per week
