Packaging & Production Operator

Forklift Ticket - Counterbalance is not essential for these positions will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor packaging equipment.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure product specifications are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Follow safety and operational procedures at all times.
- Assist with inventory and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet targets and improve processes.

About You: To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.

Continuous Roster (24/7): Sunday to Saturday. Shifts are 12 hours long. Working from 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am. Week 1 - 1 day off, 3 nights on, 2 days off, 1 day on.

Week 2 - 1 day on, 3 days off, 2 nights on, 1 day off.

Week 3 - 1 day off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 1 night on.

Week 4 - 1 night on, 3 days off, 2 days on, 1 day off.

Permanent Work rights in Australia only. Working Holiday Visa will not be considered.
