Renewables Pty Ltd is a NETCC and SAA-accredited solar and battery electrical contractor working across QLD, NSW, VIC and WA. We're growing fast, and we need more positive people on the phones to keep up.
If you're already good at phone sales and want your effort to show up in your pay, this is the role.
The role
- Speaking with homeowners and businesses about solar and battery systems
- Qualifying opportunities, booking appointments and closing deals over the phone
- Following up your pipeline properly (no lead left to die)
- Keeping the CRM accurate and up to date
- Working alongside our existing sales team, who will back you with product knowledge and support

You'll need
- At least 12 months of solar phone sales experience (this is a must)
- A track record you can back with numbers
- Drive and resilience: you handle knockbacks and pick the phone straight back up
- The ability to manage your own day without being chased
- A clear, confident phone manner
Solar or battery experience will put you ahead, but if you can sell, we can teach you the product.
