About the role

Reporting to the Club Manager, you will be one of the faces of Plus Fitness Lisarow and play an important role in both member experience and membership growth. This is much more than a front-desk position. You will manage membership enquiries, follow up leads, conduct club tours, support members, create social media content, assist with local marketing and help maintain high club standards.

The environment can be fast-paced, so you will need a clear, organised and process-driven mindset, with the ability to prioritise, multitask and remain focused when several responsibilities require your attention.

Key responsibilities

- Manage enquiries, conduct club tours, follow up prospects and convert leads into new memberships
- Maintain consistent and timely follow-up while working towards agreed sales and conversion KPIs
- Deliver friendly, professional and engaging service while building strong relationships with members
- Create engaging, locally relevant content that promotes the club, its members, events and offers
- Contribute towards targets for content activity, engagement, reach, follower growth, enquiries and digital lead generation
- Support promotions, community events, local business partnerships, referral initiatives and other lead-generation activities
- Bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to improve membership growth, social media, promotions and member engagement




- Assist with reception, membership administration, enquiries and general day-to-day club activities
- Help maintain a clean, safe, organised and professional club environment
- Take ownership of agreed sales, lead conversion, social media, marketing and member engagement KPIs

About you

- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, fitness or customer service
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence in approaching prospects, following up leads and asking for the sale
- A sales and results-focused mindset
- Strong multitasking, prioritisation and time-management skills
- A transparent, organised and process-driven approach
- The ability to remain calm and professional while managing competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
- Flexibility to work rostered hours, including Saturdays
