Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Parts Manager role based in Brisbane, QLD.

The Parts

Manager oversees the ordering, receiving, and stocking of service parts and accessories for caravans and motorhomes. Daily responsibilities include managing inventory levels, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with the workshop and sales teams to ensure timely availability of parts. The role involves assisting internal and external customers with parts enquiries, providing product advice, and resolving issues to support strong customer satisfaction.

Manager also monitors supplier performance,



implements inventory control procedures, and contributes to process improvements and cost efficiencies.

Qualifications

- Experience managing customer-facing functions with a focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.

- Proficiency in Inventory Management and Inventory Control within an automotive, RV, or similar parts environment.

- Knowledge of Service Parts operations, including ordering, stocking, and cataloging parts and accessories.

- Solid organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

- Ability to build effective relationships with suppliers, technicians, and sales staff, and to communicate clearly in verbal and written forms.

- Previous experience as a parts interpreter, parts manager, or in dealership operations is highly beneficial.

- Comfort using inventory and dealership management systems; intermediate skills in common office software tools.

- Valid driver’s license and the ability to work on-site full time in Brisbane, QLD.
