A role with purpose and variety

As a Patient Services Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients engaging with our clinics. Through warmth, empathy and attention to detail, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a positive and supportive patient experience.

This permanent full-time position is conveniently based in our Sydney CBD clinic, only a 5-minute walk from Wynard Station. You may also be required to work at our Bondi Junction Westfield clinic on occasion, with discounted staff parking available on-site.

Working across your allocated clinics, your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering high-quality administrative support to both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Creating a welcoming, best-in-class patient experience at every interaction
- Managing patient bookings and monitoring clinic appointment schedules
- Triage and respond to incoming calls and emails with professionalism and care
- Accurate data entry and maintenance within the patient management system




- Generating financial quotes and conducting sensitive financial conversations with patients
- Medical billing and receipting
- Providing general administrative support to the broader clinic team

Are you the ideal candidate?

We're looking for someone who is calm, capable and genuinely patient-centred. Ideally, you will bring:

- Experience managing a busy phone switchboard in a professional setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology (desirable, but not essential)
- Strong communication skills, consistently applied across all channels
- The ability to deliver the 5E patient experience principles: empathy, entrust, engage, empower and expectation
- Excellent computer literacy, with strong Microsoft Office skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational capability
- The ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands
