Our Head Office is based on the Central Coast, New South Wales with additional depots located in Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Townsville, Perth and Hobart. We have been operating for almost 40 years and employ over 250 people.
About the role
Reporting to the Resources Manager, this role includes the; supervision of plant, labour and subcontractors for pavement works and manage the delivery of part service and subcontract civil construction projects in accordance with specifications, financial and reporting requirements.
This is your chance to be part of our road recycling team, a process that has been widely adopted for rehabilitation of road assets throughout the pavement industry for over 60 years. Road recycling is not only a cost-effective process but generally offers construction time savings and sustainable solutions.
With one of the largest fleet of stabilisation plant within Australasia, SPA has the ability to provide road recycling solutions in any project environment or material type.
Key Responsibilities
Project preparation and planning.
Management of resources and materials in consultation with the Supervisor
Ensuring works are completed efficiently and meet quality requirements
Completion of daily and weekly reporting using formitize
Liaising with clients and stakeholders
Travelling and working away from home as required
Supporting and mentoring crew members to foster a positive, high-performing team culture.
A strong understanding of WHS and environmental requirements, combined with a genuine commitment to creating a safe, productive, and respectful workplace, is essential for success in this role.
