Help shape the future of people and culture in one of Australia’s leading sporting organisations.

Golf is changing. So are we.

More than 4 million Australians now play golf in some form. Participation is growing, off-course experiences are expanding and new generations of golfers are reshaping what the game looks like.

We believe all golf is golf, and all of us can be golfers.

Our BIG SWINGS 2026–2030 strategy is the next evolution of golf in Australia, and our people are at the centre of making that ambition a reality.

Behind every tournament delivered, every PGA Professional supported, every club connected and every recent golfer welcomed into the game is a passionate team of people working together towards one shared purpose:

More people playing more golf.

That’s where our People & Culture team comes in.

We’re building a contemporary People & Culture function that partners with leaders, empowers people and creates exceptional employee experiences across the PGA of Australia, Golf Australia, and Australian Golf Services.
