At a pivotal point in our transformation journey, and with strong leadership backing, we are building a digitally enabled, scalable and future-ready People and Culture function across our global organisation. In this role, you will lead our newly established Services Transition team, helping shape how services move into People Experience as the model evolves.

Working across transformation, service design and delivery, you will lead the move from current-state services to a future model that is more consistent, efficient and globally scalable. You will work closely with People Experience, Product, Business Partnering, regional teams and transformation leaders across People and Culture to ensure transitions are well sequenced, risks are actively managed and ownership is clear from the outset.

This role is central to the success of Macquarie’s broader People and Culture transformation. You will help ensure service transitions are delivered as thoughtful, end-to-end changes that improve the employee and leader experience while strengthening operational performance,

governance and control.

What You Offer

- Extensive experience leading complex service transitions, operating model implementation or transformation delivery in a large, global and matrixed organisation.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and building capability in newly established or evolving delivery environments.
- Strong capability in transition planning, service and process design, and operational implementation, with the ability to balance pace, risk and service continuity.
- Experience assessing current-state services and designing practical, scalable future-state models that improve employee experience and operational performance.
- Strong judgement across sequencing, governance, controls and readiness in complex transformation environments.
- A collaborative, resilient and adaptable approach, with comfort navigating ambiguity and helping shape how work is delivered as the model evolves.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across global, regional and functional teams, including senior leaders.

We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.
