Role: PeopleSoft HCM Consultant

Contract Duration: 12+ Months Contract/Permanent role

Responsibilities

- Hands on with HCM support issues and 8+ years strong experience in Support activities
- Analyze the issues and priorities of support calls to meet the SLA.
- Understand the core Peoplesoft HCM process
- Functional knowledge of following module Core HCM , Absence Management, Global Payroll Core, Talent Acquisition Management, Time and Labor
- Knowledge of Latest PUM features and Peopletools
- UAT, Unite testing experience
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Design, Development and Unit Testing of Enhancements in PeopleSoft HCM.
- Create and modify Components, File Layouts, Pages, Records, Fields,



Process Definitions and registering Components in Portal, Menu and Permission Lists as per requirements.
- Create new reports, Interfaces (SQR/Application Engine), BI Publisher as per the requirements.
- Prepare technical design.
- Perform peer code review.

Essential Skills

- Proficient in People Tools - Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interface, Security Administrator, Data Mover, Workflow, PS Query, PS Job Processes, Data Migration Activity
- Good understanding Peoplesoft HCM functionality
- Reporting tools like SQR, BI Publisher
- Self-driven, ability to work independently
- Explicit communication, ability to work with multiple stakeholders
