We’re looking for an experienced operator who takes pride in quality work and is confident across perfect binding and other print finishing machinery.

About the Role

You’ll set up, operate and maintain a multi clamp PUR Perfect Binder, producing quality books, manuals and catalogues. You’ll also work across folders, guillotines and die cutting equipment, helping the team meet production deadlines while keeping quality high and waste low.

What You’ll Do

- Set up, adjust and operate perfect binding and other finishing machinery
- Coordinate machine assistants to keep production running smoothly
- Check finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot production issues and carry out routine maintenance




- Monitor output and waste to meet production targets
- Follow workplace safety procedures at all times

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience operating commercial perfect binding machinery
- Experience with folders, guillotines and die cutting equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem solving skills
- Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- Good communication skills and a collaborative approach
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy production workplace
- Valid Australian work rights
