The Impact You’ll Make
As the CEO's right hand, you will keep executive operations, board logistics, and governance running like clockwork.
- Executive Partnership: Serve as a strategic gatekeeper—managing busy diaries, prioritising inboxes, and proactively anticipating operational needs before they arise.
- Board & Committee Governance: Drive end-to-end governance administration across multiple committees, including drafting polished board packs, preparing agendas, recording concise minutes, and maintaining board portal platforms (BoardEffect).
- Logistics & Travel: Seamlessly coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and meeting logistics for the CEO and board members.
- Policy & Document Control: Maintain policy tracking matrices, assist with document updates, and oversee accurate compliance record-keeping.
What You Bring You are a sharp,
organised, and confident executive support professional who takes pride in high attention to detail, confidentiality, and calm efficiency.
- Proven Experience: 3 years providing executive support at a PA or EA level (experience within a peak body, membership association, or Not-for-Profit environment is highly regarded).
- Governance Expertise: Robust hands-on experience supporting boards and committees, including minute-taking and board pack assembly.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable learning and managing board portals, document management systems, and office suites.
- Communication & Discretion: Exceptional written skills, emotional intelligence, and unwavering discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Mindset: Self-driven, collaborative, and naturally inclined to stay two steps ahead.
