Moonta Health and Aged Care Services (MHAACS) is an 81-bed, not-for-profit aged care facility committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care. Located in beautiful Moonta on the Yorke Peninsula, less than two hours from Adelaide and just 15 minutes from Kadina, we offer a rewarding career in a welcoming coastal community.

We are seeking compassionate Personal Care Workers to join our Memory Support Unit, supporting residents living with dementia through quality care, meaningful engagement and genuine connection.

You will:

· Provide personal care and mobility support

· Deliver individualised, person-centred dementia care

· Use calm, respectful communication to support residents experiencing distress or changes in behaviour

· Encourage meaningful social, lifestyle and sensory activities

· Build positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues

· Monitor, document and report changes in residents' wellbeing

Essential Criteria

✔ Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)





✔ Genuine interest in dementia care, with patience and empathy

✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills

✔ Current Police or NDIS Worker Clearance

✔ Evidence of right to work in Australia
