About the Role We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Personal Trainer who is ready to hit the ground running and grow their PT business within 24fit.

Our Personal Trainers operate as independent contractors, giving you the freedom to:

- Choose your own hours and rates
- Build and manage your own client base
- Market yourself and actively generate new PT opportunities
- Connect with our members and become a familiar face within the gym
- Access support from our team to help grow your business

Who We’re Looking For We’re specifically looking for an experienced Personal Trainer who is motivated to grow their business and make the most of the opportunity available at 24fit.

The ideal candidate will

- Have previous experience working as a Personal Trainer
- Be motivated to actively build and grow their client base
- Be confident approaching, engaging and building relationships with members
- Be proactive, reliable and able to work independently
- Be a team player who contributes positively to the gym setting
- Hold a Certificate IV in Fitness
- Have a current First Aid Certificate
- Hold an ABN
