We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Pharmacy Delivery Driver to join our team. In this important role, you’ll be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering medications and pharmacy items to community patients, nursing homes and hospitals.

This is more than just a delivery role, you’ll be a friendly and professional face of our pharmacy, helping ensure patients receive their medications safely and on time.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering medications and pharmacy products safely and efficiently to community patients, nursing homes and hospitals.
- Providing friendly and professional customer service at every delivery.
- Ensuring medications are handled with care and delivered to the correct location.
- Following pharmacy procedures for the secure handling and delivery of medications.
- Maintaining accurate delivery records and obtaining relevant signatures or confirmations.
- Communicating with the pharmacy team regarding deliveries, special instructions or any issues that arise.
- Representing the pharmacy professionally when interacting with patients,



carers, nursing home staff and hospital personnel.
- Ensuring the delivery vehicle is kept clean, safe and presentable.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual and well organised.
- Friendly, approachable and professional.
- Able to work independently and manage a delivery schedule effectively.
- Careful and attentive when handling medications and confidential patient information.
- A confident and protected driver with a current driver’s licence
- Previous delivery, pharmacy, healthcare or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
