About The PHYSIO FIX Co.:

The PHYSIO FIX Co. provides personalised, evidence-based physiotherapy in our Melbourne clinics and through home and community visits. We support people with musculoskeletal and sports injuries, post-operative and neurological conditions, falls and balance concerns, disability-related needs, and workplace and transport injuries.

Locations:

1. Reservoir: 303 Broadway, Reservoir VIC 3073
2. Southbank: 216 City Road, Southbank VIC 3006
3. Community visits: Across metropolitan Melbourne and surrounding suburbs
4. Future clinics: Opportunities may become available at additional Melbourne locations as we expand

Role description: This is an in-person, part-time role combining clinic appointments and home or community visits. You will:

- Assess clients and develop individual treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Deliver hands-on treatment, exercise programs and client education within your scope of practice
- Review progress and adjust treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes and reports
- Communicate with GPs, specialists, support coordinators, case managers and other care team members when needed




- Work with a varied caseload that may include private, Medicare, NDIS, aged care, WorkSafe Victoria and TAC clients

The mix of clinic and community work, days and hours will be discussed with the successful candidate as the caseload grows.

Qualifications and requirements:

- A recognised physiotherapy qualification
- Current general registration with AHPRA
- Current work rights in Australia
- Sound clinical reasoning, assessment and exercise prescription skills
- Strong communication, time management and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work independently and seek support when appropriate
- A current driver’s licence and access to reliable transport for community visits
- Willingness to obtain any screening checks required for the clients and settings you work with

New graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with one year or more of clinical experience are also encouraged to apply. Experience in private practice, home visits, NDIS or aged care is an advantage.
