Bernardi Group is seeking a Store Manager in Sydney to lead the store team, drive exceptional customer service, and manage all aspects of store performance. You will work hands-on on the floor, set standards for the team, and ensure every customer interaction reflects our brand and values.
In this role you will own daily operations, control rostering and payroll, monitor profitability, and coach staff to deliver results while maintaining brand standards and a protected shopping setting.
