Randstad is looking for a plant operator with their HR license to join a waste management site in Dandenong South.Role isnt only plant operating must be open to labouring too. Casual ongoing role with potential to go permanent for the right person.

Pay over $38 per hour for morning shift and for afternoon shift you can make up to $43 per hour!

You'll be working with our liquid treatment plant, ensuring the safe and productive handling of liquid waste materials.

Two roles available :

Morning shift: Monday- Friday 4am-12pm or Afternoon shift: 12pm-8pm.

The role

- Operate and oversee the performance of the Liquid Treatment Plant.
- Conduct routine sampling and basic analysis of liquid waste to support compliance and quality control.




- Operate plant equipment in line with procedures, ensuring all waste materials meet the required standards for disposal or recovery.

What you need

- HR license.
- Excavator/loader ticket isnt mandatory but desireable.
- Forklift ticket isnt mandatory but is desirable.
- Experience in waste industry is desired.
- Medical- Drug and Alcohol test.
