The Opportunity

- Coordinating and scheduling day-to-day Plant operations and leading a team
- Achieving operational daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Driving operational efficiencies within the team, continual reviewing and improvement of inbound workflows to facilitate efficient delivery performance
- Purchasing of consumables and yard equipment and inventory management
- Working closely with our site Chemist to ensure wastewater quality and compliance is maintained.
- Capturing all inbound data and outbound data to meet DWER and Water Corporation requirements
- Ensuring day-to-day maintenance tasks are carried out on all equipment and mobile plant
- Maintaining a strong safety culture through toolbox talks, inspection requirements and training
- Driving a respectful environment throughout the site by observing/living the Cleanaway guiding principles

About You

- Experience in a supervisory role (desirable)
- Demonstrated experience working in a processing or manufacturing environment
- Exposure to and knowledge of safety management systems




- Moderate experience within the transport/waste/logistics and recycling industries
- A solid understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Team leadership and engagement skills
