Principal People Partner

Derwent is partnering with a leading Australian resources company seeking a Principal People Partner to join its People function at a pivotal time of growth and change.

This is an individual contributor role, partnering closely with the Head of People and the broader People Leadership Team, with two direct reports. You'll operate in a lean, decentralised structure with a strong bias to action - this is not an setting for those who lead through process and hierarchy.

The opportunity

Beyond immediate delivery, this role offers a genuine pathway to step into a Head of People capacity as the function continues to evolve. The organisation is looking for someone who can operate credibly at the next level from day one.
