I'm looking for Staff or Principal Software Engineers who want to set technical direction and stay close to the code. You should have a blend of hands-on software engineering, technical architecture and cloud-native experience.

The kind of work on offer

- Designing and building the core of customer-facing platforms: APIs, backend services and the frontends and mobile apps people use every day
- Owning architecture for identity and access, billing and payments, integrations, and data-heavy systems
- Building cloud-native , multi-tenant products at real scale
- Setting engineering standards through design reviews, code quality, testing and CI/CD
- Mentoring engineers and influencing how whole teams build software

What I'm looking for

- 8+ years in software engineering,



operating at Staff, Principal or Tech Lead level
- Solid backend experience in Node.js, Python, Go, Java, C# or similar
- Frontend or mobile experience with React, React Native, Vue, Angular or similar
- A track record designing scalable APIs and distributed systems
- Exposure to AI or ML infrastructure, GPU platforms or high-performance computing
- Experience building and running production systems in AWS , Azure or GCP
- Strong security fundamentals, for example OAuth2, OIDC, SAML and secure session management
- Clear communication with engineers, product and senior leaders
