Eastco Construction Solutions is seeking an experienced Leading Hand to lead our site crew across South East Queensland and regional locations.
You will understand the work, keep the crew moving, and pride yourself on safely completing projects with a hands-on leadership approach.
Ideal candidates have modular or construction experience, a trade qualification as Carpenter, and prior supervisory roles.
You will mentor the crew, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure high safety and quality
