Job Description
Prelude Australia, a not-for-profit organisation, is seeking a senior People & Culture Manager to lead the function from the Executive Leadership Team with autonomy and a hands-on approach when required.

The role offers a 22.8-hour week with adaptable schedule across Maitland, Kurri Kurri and Singleton, including work-from-home options. Enterprise Agreement bargaining familiarity and a focus on wellbeing, culture and compliance are key.
