Master Pacific is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist in Melbourne to manage end-to-end customer care, including service cases and warranty claims, with hands‐on involvement in dispatch, delivery inquiries, and spare parts management.
You will triage and resolve warranty claims, coordinate with warehouse teams across Australia, and maintain accurate records in ERP and CRM systems.
