Key Responsibilities
Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of regulatory compliance, including industry-specific regulations.
Monitor, interpret, and advise on the implications of new and upcoming legislation and regulatory changes.
Develop and implement regulatory compliance policies and procedures.
Engage with regulatory bodies and authorities on behalf of the company.

Support the business in obtaining necessary licenses, permits, and approvals.
Requirements
Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience, with a significant focus on regulatory law.
In-depth knowledge of South African regulatory frameworks relevant to the company's sector.
Proven ability to interpret and apply complex legislation and regulatory requirements.
Excellent research, analytical, and advisory skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience liaising with government agencies.
