The Benevolent Society is seeking a Families Together Child & Family Practitioner to deliver home-based intervention and lead family-led plans. You will assess risks, provide parenting support, advocacy and service coordination, while documenting progress and coordinating with partner services.

The role emphasises trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice and aims to keep children secure and thriving within their families, with hybrid work options and continuing career development.
