Job Description
South Western Sydney Local Health District invites applications for an Allied Health Assistant in the Transitional Aged Care Program (TACP) based in Fairfield.
You will help deliver therapy and care at clients' homes, supporting home exercise programs and self-care retraining under supervision of Allied Health Specialists.
The role is a temporary full time position (38 hours per week) until January , with visa holders considered.
