Process Worker – Paintline | Bradnam’s Windows & Doors Zillmere
Monday to Friday | 38 hours per week
Shift Times: 10:00am – 6:06pm
Bradnam’s Windows & Doors is looking for motivated and reliable Process Workers to join our Zillmere team, working within our Paintline shed in the Jigging and Unjigging area.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their manufacturing skills, learn new processes and become part of a supportive team. No previous manufacturing or paintline experience is required — we’ll provide full on-the-job training and all the product knowledge you need to succeed.
About the Role
As a Process Worker in our Paintline team, you will play an important role in preparing and handling products as they move through our powder coating process.
You will primarily work within the Jigging and Unjigging area, ensuring products are correctly prepared, handled and moved through the paintline efficiently and safely.
Your duties will include
- Jigging products onto the paintline
- Unjigging finished products from the paintline
- Handling and moving aluminium products throughout the process
- Inspecting products for quality and ensuring they are handled correctly
- Following established production processes and procedures
- Manual handling and lifting of products
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area
- Working closely with your team to meet daily production requirements
- Following all safety procedures and wearing required PPE
- Performing other general paintline and production duties as required
This is a physically demanding, hands-on role where you will be on your feet throughout the day and regularly handling products.

Skills & Experience
You don't need previous manufacturing or paintline experience to join us. We're looking for people with the right attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to safety.
