Analyst | Melbourne

We are seeking an Analyst to join our Melbourne team, suited to someone with around 1–2 years of procurement or commercial experience who is looking to build their capability within a consulting environment.

You’ll support a range of procurement and contract management projects across different clients and industries, gaining exposure to areas including procurement planning, market approaches, tender evaluations, stakeholder engagement, negotiation and contract management.

No two projects are the same. You could be supporting a government tender one week, then working on market analysis, stakeholder engagement or contract management for an education or utilities client the next.

It’s an opportunity to build broader procurement experience early in your career, working across different organisations, industries and categories rather than being limited to one environment.

You Will

- Support delivery of end-to-end procurement and contract management activities
- Assist in developing procurement strategies,



market approach documentation, and recommendation papers
- Support tender processes including documentation, evaluation, and negotiation activities
- Undertake market research, spend analysis, and business needs analysis
- Prepare reports, presentations, and client deliverables
- Participate in workshops, meetings, and stakeholder engagements
- Build effective working relationships with clients and internal teams
- Manage tasks and deliverables in line with project timelines and expectations

What We Are Looking For

- Up to 2 years procurement, commercial, contract management, project support, or related experience
- Exposure to procurement, sourcing, commercial, policy, or project environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical capability with attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
