We're looking for an experienced Product Architect to help shape the future of TechnologyOne's Financials product.

This is a strategic role where product thinking, architecture and technology come together. You'll help solve complex financial management challenges, shape the technical direction of one of TechnologyOne's most widely adopted products, and turn customer needs into modern, scalable and intuitive solutions.

You'll work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Designers and stakeholders across the business, influencing product direction and architecture while helping build the next generation of Financials.

Experience with TechnologyOne Financials or enterprise financial management software is highly regarded.

What you'll be doing:

- Define the product architecture and technical direction for TechnologyOne Financials, aligned to our long-term product strategy.
- Turn customer needs, market insights and business priorities into scalable product designs and solution architecture.
- Champion AI-assisted development, with Claude as our tool of choice.
- Partner with Product Owners, Engineering and UX teams to design, validate and deliver high-quality product capabilities.
- Provide architectural leadership across new initiatives, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable and aligned with TechnologyOne standards.
- Shape product roadmaps by identifying opportunities to improve usability, performance, automation and customer value.
- Mentor a small team of developers,



helping them tackle complex technical and functional challenges.
- Ensure solutions support accounting best practice, financial governance and evolving regulatory requirements.
- Champion design consistency, architectural quality and continuous improvement across the Financials product.
- Contribute to technical decision-making, mentoring and knowledge sharing across the wider R&D; team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements.

Your Talents…

- Proven experience as a Software Architect or Senior Engineer within enterprise SaaS or a similar setting.
- Experience with financial management systems, including areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Procurement or Asset Accounting.
- Basic accounting knowledge, particularly around Accounts Receivable, Billing and Debtors.
- Experience designing and delivering scalable, integrated enterprise software products, with a strong focus on data integrity.
- Previous experience working with Payment Gateway Providers.
- Ability to turn complex business requirements into practical, customer-focused product solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI-assisted development, software architecture, cloud technologies and modern application design.
- Experience working in Agile product development environments.

- Based in Brisbane, or willing and able to relocate to Brisbane for the role.
