The role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of our Managed Modern Workplace portfolio, helping shape how our Microsoft 365, endpoint management and end-user services evolve.
If you’re a Product Manager who likes asking “why?”, challenging assumptions and making evidence-based trade-offs rather than simply administering a backlog, this role will give you the scope to make a genuine impact.
Based in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne.
What makes this role different?
- Real product ownership: You’ll own the roadmap and make the calls on what gets built, changed or retired.
- Commercial influence: Your decisions will directly shape how our Modern Workplace services are packaged, delivered and taken to market.
- Microsoft + AI: Turn Microsoft 365 developments, licensing changes and emerging AI capabilities into new products and customer propositions.
- End-to-end impact: Follow products from insight and business case through launch, adoption, performance and continuous improvement.
Your key responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap, backlog and lifecycle for our Managed Modern Workplace portfolio.
- Shape and evolve our Microsoft 365 managed services, endpoint management and end-user support offerings.
- Use customer, commercial and product data to identify opportunities, prioritise improvements and drive product decisions.
- Turn Microsoft technology,
licensing changes and emerging AI capabilities into new and enhanced product offerings.
- Design scalable, repeatable services that balance customer needs, commercial viability and operational efficiency.
- Lead new product and service launches, ensuring they are ready across delivery, support, tooling, pricing, billing and enablement.
- Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery and Service Operations to ensure products are sellable, scalable and deliverable.
- Measure product performance and use evidence to drive continuous improvement and portfolio decisions.
What you will bring:
- 5–8 years in product management or product ownership, ideally within IT services, managed services or a technology vendor environment.
- Demonstrated ownership of a roadmap and backlog — prioritisation, requirement definition, and lifecycle decisions from launch through to retirement.
- Robust data-led decision making.
- Strong commercial literacy, with an understanding of pricing, cost-to-serve, margin and business cases.
- A track record of operating independently in ambiguity.
- Strong modern workplace fluency — Microsoft 365, endpoint management, identity, and end-user support and adoption practice.
- AI fluency is highly regarded - You’ll have the opportunity to use AI in your own product practice while identifying where emerging AI capabilities can enhance the Modern Workplace services we take to customers.
Note: As part of our hiring process, you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History Check.
