As part of our continued growth, we are creating a dedicated Product & Systems Manager role to take ownership of our technology product portfolio and the internal systems that support our business.

Position Overview The Product & Systems Manager will be responsible for the products and technology platforms we take to market, as well as the systems we rely on internally to run the business effectively.

This includes ownership and optimisation of our Kaseya One Suite, alongside our wider business systems, integrations, automation, licensing, workflows, and technology vendors.

Working closely with the CEO, Director of Operations, Sales, and Technical teams, you will help us improve how our systems work together, evaluate new technology and product opportunities, and make sure our technology environment can support the continued growth and future acquisition strategy of One IT.

This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving how things work, and looking at technology from both a technical and commercial perspective.

Key Responsibilities





- Own and continuously improve our Kaseya One Suite and wider internal business systems
- Manage system integrations, automation, workflows, permissions, licensing, and platform optimisation
- Own the lifecycle of our technology products, platforms, and managed service offerings
- Evaluate new technologies, products, and vendor opportunities that could strengthen our offering or improve the way we operate
- Develop and maintain product and systems roadmaps aligned with the wider business strategy
- Manage key technology vendor relationships, licensing, renewals, and commercial opportunities
- Work across Operations, Sales, and Technical teams to improve processes and ensure our products and systems are being used effectively
- Support the introduction, implementation, and adoption of new products, systems, and functionality
- Maintain appropriate system and product documentation, standards, and governance
- Use reporting and system insights to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and better use of our technology investments
- Plan for future system and platform requirements as One IT continues to grow and acquire businesses across the Northern Territory

What we're looking for

- Strong experience within ICT, technology products, business systems, platforms, or an MSP environment




- Experience with the Kaseya One Suite would be highly regarded - Including AutoTask exposure
- Strong understanding of business systems, integrations, automation, workflows, and technology platforms
- Commercial awareness and an ability to consider both the technical and business impact of technology decisions
- Experience working with technology vendors and managing licensing, products, or strategic relationships
- Strong problem solving skills with a genuine interest in improving systems and processes
- Confidence working across technical, operational, and commercial teams
- A proactive and organised approach with the ability to take ownership and follow initiatives through
- An interest in making a long term commitment and growing with the business as One IT continues to expand
