Multiple Positions Available | Immediate Starts

This is a excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with competitive pay rates and consistent hours. Multiple positions are available; however, please note that all positions involve repetitive lifting, manual handling, and physically demanding work.

- Morning Shift: $36.58 per hour
- Afternoon Shift: $40.97 per hour
- Shift Times:
- Day shift: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Afternoon: 2:15 PM to 10:15 PM

- Employment Type: Casual with ongoing opportunities
- Standard roster is Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Weekend work may be required and is a mandatory requirement of the role during peak October 2026-January 2027.
- Candidates must be available to work up to six (6) days per week based on operational requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve daily productivity, quality, and attendance KPIs
- Sort, process, and prepare products in line with production requirements
- Perform decanting, bending, packing, and general production duties
- Work independently at a designated workstation while maintaining productivity targets
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area throughout the shift
- Conduct quality checks and report any product defects or issues
- Complete repetitive manual handling tasks, including lifting products and materials
- Follow standard operating procedures and workplace instructions
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently where required
- Assist with general housekeeping and continuous improvement activities
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety requirements

Skills & Experience

- Comfortable performing repetitive work while standing for the majority of the shift
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting and manual handling of 10-20kg
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, processing, warehouse, or logistics environment highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality




- Ability to work independently and remain focused on repetitive tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Full availability Monday to Friday and flexibility to work weekends when required
- Reliable transport is essential
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Willingness to complete a medical assessment and police check
- Full Australian working rights
