Production Workers & Team Leaders | New Shift Launch

Full-Time & Casual Opportunities Available

Homestyle Bake is growing and launching a new production shift at our Toowoomba facility.

To support this expansion, we're looking for multiple employees to join our Production team across a range of roles including Process Workers and Team Leaders. These positions have been created as part of our continued growth and investment in our operations. Successful applicants must be available to work across a adaptable 7-day roster.

Team Leaders (2 Positions Available)

We're looking for people who enjoy leading teams, supporting others and driving results in a fast-paced production environment.

As a Team Leader, you'll help coordinate daily production activities, provide direction and support to employees on shift, monitor workflow and assist in maintaining safety, quality and production standards.

Previous Team Leader, Leading Hand, Supervisory or people leadership experience is highly regarded. Experience in manufacturing, food production or bakery operations is advantageous but not essential. We recognise that great leaders come from many different industries and backgrounds, and we're willing to train the right person in our production processes.

Process Workers / Production Operators

These hands-on roles are responsible for keeping our production lines running efficiently and safely. Duties may include production line work, packing, machine operation, quality checks,



cleaning activities and general factory duties. Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, warehousing, process work or similar environments is highly regarded but not essential. Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to get stuck in.

Physical Requirements

Our production roles involve manual handling, lifting and moving products and ingredients, repetitive tasks, prolonged periods of standing and working around production equipment. Successful applicants must be able to safely perform the inherent requirements of their role and follow all workplace health and safety procedures and safe work practices.
